PREMIUM ORIGIN: Our high-end ceremonial grade matcha is sourced from the most tender first spring harvest tencha leaves that are grown in the fertile tea farms of Guizhou Province, China. The factory, also located in Guizhou, invited Japanese matcha experts to fully control the quality of our matcha.

PREMIUM BLEND: The matcha is made from imported premium matcha tea varieties from Japan ( Yabukita & Asahi Cultivars) and combined with high quality matcha tea varieties from China (Longjing & Zhongcha 108 Cultivars). By blending matcha from a single Japanese variety, we have upgraded its color, taste and other important aspects.

LONGER SHADING: Our high-end ceremonial matcha is shaded for up to 30 days before being carefully hand picked and this unique approach maximizes the phytonutrients as well as chlorophyll and L-theanine content of our matcha!

ANCIENT TRADITIONS: Our high-end ceremonial matcha uses natural granite stone grinding technology (40 to 50 grams per hour) to keep the matcha at low temperature during production, preserving its color, taste and fragrant aroma, all while ensuring our matcha has minimal bitterness as well!

ORGANIC CERTIFIED: Every batch of our high-end ceremonial matcha is third-party tested for lead and heavy metals to ensure safety. Additionally, it is USDA Organic certified, EU Organic certified, FDA, ISO 22000, Kosher and HALAL certified!

How To Use

Best used in traditional tea ceremonies and premium matcha lattes! Instructions on how to prepare matcha tea:

  1. Sift or scoop a 1/2 tsp. of matcha into a cup or bowl.
  2. Pour 60ml or 2oz of hot water onto the matcha powder! Use water that's just under a boil for best results.
  3. Whisk thoroughly until your matcha forms a frothy layer.
  4. Finally add some more water to achieve your desired taste and enjoy!

Longer Shading Periods

After the spring tea trees sprout new shoots, they are shaded continuously for 20 to 30 days until the fresh leaves reach the picking standard of one bud one leaf or one bud two leaves! This ensures that the phytonutrient potential is fully maximized in soluble leaf's matcha!

First Spring Harvest

Only the most tender leaves are carefully hand-picked on the first spring harvest to ensure we remain loyal to ancient traditions throughout the production process!
